KHOYEY KI KHEER RECIPE Pakistani Recipe in Urdu / English

Making and eating Khoyey ki Kheer has never been this fun, thanks to Dalda Foods recipe. It’s not only delicious but healthy as well.

Prep Time: 25 - 30 minutes | Cook Time: 35 - 40 minutes | Serves: 5 - 6 persons | Diet, Healthy: Low Calorie

Ingredients:
  • Rub rice thoroughly with clean muslin cloth, then put them in a bowl and mix with Dalda VTF Banaspati In a separate bowl mash khoya with the fork
  • After keeping rice for 10 – 15 add cardamom, almond & pistachio and grind well
    Boil milk in a pan and when boil comes, add rice mixture in it and cook on low heat whilst stirring continuously
  • After cooking for 20 – 25 minutes when aroma of rice starts coming, add sugar in it
    Cook on low heat until kheer thickens, add khoya and make the flame high
  • Cook stirring for 5 – 7 minutes so that the khoya mix well

Cooking Directions:
  1. Dish out in a bowl, garnish with almond, pistachio & khoya and refrigerate to cool. Serve this delicious kheer on special occasions.
