Which Field Of Electrical Engineering Should I Chose For Maters Studies

Hello Everyone!
I have done BS Electrical Engineering in 2014 and want to pursue a career in research/teaching in one of the fields of electrical engineering i.e Power/Electronics or IT. I have been admitted to university Rostock, Germany where I can pursue either Power or IT. However University Rostock is renowned for their power engineering but not so much as IT. Should I chose power stream or apply to other universities for electronics or IT? Is there good scope for teaching power engineering in pakistan/europe?
