This visa category allows anyone to come to UK for a short period of time that is up to 6 months. If a person is accompanied by an academic visitor, he/she can Stay in UK for up to 12 months under general visitor category. The second one i am going to discuss is about Child Visitor Visa UK. A child under the age of 18 can have a UK visa up to 6 months under this category. Without the company of any adult in that case the applicant must provide the evidence that an accommodation has been made for the child while his Stay in UK along with a letter having contact details from the parent or guardian. I have come back to share such informative posts related to Immigration and Study Visas. Now i will try to complete my discussion from where i left some days ago. My discussion continues to a UK Visit Visa category which is for Businessmen. This visa category enables the business and special visitors to come to UK to perform some business activities for a short interval of time. The business visitors will have to obey the basic rules and regulations that they cannot present their selves for a job placement, or any type of internship activities. The list of some of the designations those can apply under this visitor category Film crews, Representatives of overseas news media, Academic visitors, Visiting professors, Religious workers, Advisers, consultants, trainers or trouble shooters. Normally business visitor is granted visa for up to six months but in case of often visits by the visitor then he/she will be granted visa for long period depending on the application. If the applicant is a parent of a child at school the stay can be up to 12 months. If the person is a transit visitor the stay can be up to 48 hours.

Private Medical Treatment
A person who wants to come to UK for a private medical treatment is allowed to stay usually up to six month. At the end of visit the patient will have to leave the country.

Marriage and Civil Partnership
An individual is allowed to visit UK to get married or for a civil partnership. For this purpose a visa will be granted for the applicant for the period of six month or less. The applicant must meet the basic requirements like he/she must be over 18 years of age, must be married before the visa gets expire. The applicant must show that he/she has enough money to support himself or he/she will be accommodated by relatives or friends. The visitor under this category can not intend to participate in any kind of business related activities and studies as well.
