    Pepper Pineapple and Meat Stir-fry Recipe


    A great recipe when you want to impress guests – green pepper stir-fried with meat, pineapple, onion, ketchup, and other Asian seasonings.





    Prep time: 5 minutes
    Cook time: 8 minutes

    Utsnsils:
    Wok, bowl, plate.

    Serves 2

    Ingredients:
    3.5 oz./ 100 g chicken breast, cut into small cubes
    1 green pepper, seeded, diced
    1 onion, peeled, sliced thin
    1/2 cup pineapple chunks
    1 egg white
    1 tbsp. cornstarch
    7 tbsps. vegetable oil for deep-frying
    2 tbsps. ketchup

    1 tbsp. rice vinegar
    1 tbsp. white sugar
    1 tsp. salt, or to taste
    Directions:
    1. In a mixing bowl, combine chicken cubes with 1 egg white and 1 tbsp. cornstarch, mix well and let sit for 5 minutes.




    2. Heat 5 tbsps. vegetable oil in a wok over medium high heat until it is shimmering on the bottom and very hot, but not yet smoking, turn heat to low, and add the marinated Chicken, deep fry until golden brown.


    3. In a separate bowl, combine all the seasonings together for sauce, whisk lightly to mix well.
    4. Preheat a wok over medium heat for 30 seconds before adding 2 tbsps. vegetable oil, then saute onion slices and diced green pepper for abour 30 seconds, pour the sauce over, and toss gently once or twice as you cook.



    5. Add the cooked chicken and pineapple chunks back into the wok, stir briefly to mix everything together.
    6. Remove from the heat, serve hot on a plate.

    Walnut and Chicken Cubes Stir-fry Recipe


    This traditional Chinese food recipe is featured by the walnuts that added, benefits your brain for sure.

    Prep time: 15 minutes
    Cook time: 10 minutes

    Utensils:
    Wok, mixing bowl, serving plate.

    Serves 2

    Ingredients:
    7 oz./ 200 g chicken breast
    1 cup walnut, cut into cubes
    2 green peppers, stemmed, cut into cubes
    2 slices ginger, minced
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    1 tbsp. chopped scallion
    1 tbsp. light soy sauce
    1 tbsp. cornstarch
    1 tbsp. ground black pepper
    1 tbsp. rice vinegar
    1 tbsp. salt
    1 egg white
    1-2 tbsps. chili bean sauce
    3 tbsps. vegetable oil, for stir-frying

    Directions:
    1. Cut the chicken breast into small cubes, combine with 1 tbsp. salt, 1 tbsp. light soy sauce, 1 tbsp. cornstarch, 1 tbsp. ground black pepper, and 1 egg white, mix well and let sit for 15 minutes.
    2. Preheat a wok over high heat for 1 minute, then heat 3 tbsps. vegetable oil until hot, add walnuts and stir fry over low heat until golden, which will take about 1 minute, then remove to a plate for later use.

    3. Saute ginger and garlic with the remaing oil in the wok until aromatic, about 30 seconds, then add the marinated chicken breast cubes.
    4. Stir fry over high heat until the chicken breast turns white, then add green pepper cubes, stir into 1 tbsp. light soy sauce.
    5. Put back the walnuts, seaon with salt, add chili bean sauce if desired.
    6. At last, drizzle with rice vinegar, top with chopped scallion, stir briefly and dish out, serve hot.

    Chicken Sweet rolls

    Prep time: 5 minutes Cook time: 30 minutes
    Utensils: Pot, non-stick skillet,
    food processor ( hand blender),
    bowl, serving plate.

    Serves 2

    Ingredients:
    1 medium-sized sweet potato

    2 chicken breast, cut into1-inch thin strips

    3. 1 tbsp. cornstarch 1 tsp. salt, or to taste

    Directions:

    1. Heat a large pot of water to a boil, then cook the sweet potato over medium heat until tender, which will take about 20 minutes. Then remove from the water, peel and cut into small cubes.

    2. Place the sweet potato cubes and chicken breast strips in the bowl of a food processor (hand blender), blend about 2 minutes, or until smooth.

    3. Remove the paste to a big mixing bowl, and then stir into 1 tbsp. cornstarch and 1 tsp. salt, stir to mix everything together.

    4. Form the mixture into sausage of about 1-inch diameter.

    5. Add 2-4 tbsps. vegetable oil in a non-stick skillet, heat until it is shimmering and very hot but not yet smoking, pan fry the sausage over medium heat until wrinkled and lightly browned through, about 5 minutes.

    6. Place on a plate, serve along with ketchup if desired.

    Recipe: Fish with Black Bean Sauce

    Ingredients:

    1/2 lb sole fish fillet (cut into pieces and marinate with 1/2 tablespoon corn starch)
    2 tablespoon Lee Kam Kee black bean sauce
    1 small onion (quartered)
    6 dried chilies (deseeded)
    1 small green bell pepper (cut into small pieces)
    2 stalk scallions (cut into 1.5 inch length)
    5 slices fresh ginger
    1/8 teaspoon fish sauce
    1/2 teaspoon sugar
    1/8 teaspoon sesame oil
    1/4 tablespoon corn starch (mix with 3 tablespoons water)

    Method:

    1. Heat up the wok and add in some cooking oil.
    2. Add sliced ginger, onions, bell peppers, dried red chilies and stir fry them until aromatic.
    3. Add in the fish and do a quick stir.
    4. Add the black bean sauce, fish sauce, sugar, and sesame oil and stir fry until the fish is cooked.
    5. Add in the corn starch mix to thicken the sauce.
    6. Toss in the chopped scallion and do a quick stir, dish up and serve hot.

    Chinese braised chicken

    Ingredients:

    • Chopped onion 1 cup
    • Chicken, skinned, fat removed 3 lb
    • Water 1 cup
    • Low sodium soy sauce 1/2 cup
    • Chopped fresh ginger 2 tb
    • Sugar (or sugar substitute) 2 tb
    • Garlic, chopped 1 clove
    oh have you gathered all the ingredients? yes let us go right back to the method.. Its very simple


    Method:

    1. Place 1/2 cup chopped onion in bottom of Crockpot liner.
    2. Add chicken.
    3. Combine water, soy sauce, chopped ginger, sugar (or sugar substitute), and garlic.
    4. Pour over all. Add the other ½ cup of chopped onion.
    5. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
