Hello today my discussion topic is Canada Work Visa. The information i am going to post here is necessary for all those who wish to apply for Canada Work Visa.
Canada Work Visa is a written authorization issued by a specific authority to that person who meets the necessary requirements, is not the permanent residence or citizen and wishes to work in Canada. CIC (Citizenship & Immigration Canada) offers many routes to skilled and talented individuals to live and work in Canada in various industries. For this purpose you must meet the necessary requirements and require a temporary resident visa if you want to work in Canada. If you require a temporary resident visa, Canada gives the opportunity to make a separate application or pay a separate fee; the visa will be issued at the same time as the documentation necessary are attached for your entry to Canada as a worker. It is required whether or not the employer is in Canada. Usually, the visa is valid only for a specified job and length of time.

Quebec Selected Skilled Workers


Canada Work Visa has many categories and one of them is Quebec Selected Skilled Workers Visa. First we should have some information about Quebec and then i will share some information about this Canada Work Visa category.
Quebec is an entirely different culturally province from the remaining provinces of Canada, and is known as the fully French speaker’s province in Canada. Only your ability and willingness to work and to adopt the Quebec life is the key towards your permanent settlement here. The applicant can include his family as well as any of your dependent children aged 22 or less on his application. This is a Fast track Canadian immigration program for those individuals who have studied or worked as well as those who have the plans to come here through a job or by as investment program in the province of Quebec. Those students who have completed two years of education and carry degree from recognized educational institution in Quebec are eligible under this category. Temporary foreign workers who have attained skilled experience of 12 months in Quebec and have completed their intermediate level French course can also apply for a Canadian immigration. Only one thing you must remember that the selection criteria for a Quebec Skilled Worker is entirely different from the criteria which is being used for Federal Skilled Worker Program. Your application will be assessed at security and medical grounds at the federal level also.

Canadian Experienced Class


My discussion is continue to further Canada Work Visa category Canadian Experienced Class visa.
The Canadian Experience Class Program is a category for those international graduates with Canadian work experience and temporary foreign workers who have attained Canadian education or work experience are eligible to apply for a Canada Immigration (Permanent Resident) Visa. All you need a good knowledge of English or French and qualifying work experience. If the applicant meets minimum requirements he would be eligible. There are many Provincial Nomination programs available to locate skilled workers to regional areas of Canada. The applicants must be a foreign worker having minimum two years full time experience in Canada or successfully completed a two years study program from a Canadian post-secondary educational institution. The applicants can remain in the country while the application is under process.

Investor, Entrepreneurs and Self Employed People - Canada


Hello Friends today i am going to start my remaining discussion about Canada Work Visa categories.
Investor, Entrepreneurs and Self Employed People is another category of Canada Work Visa. For the development of Canadian economy business people are welcomed to start or acquire a business in Canada in federal or provincial programs. The purpose of the program is to attract the well educated and experienced businessmen from all over the world to come to Canada and be a part of the development of Canada by economic means. Canada has three classes of business immigrants: Investors, entrepreneurs and self-employed person. The applicant must make an application under which class he seems suitable for him. The person having some business outside of Canada and has 300,000 CD$ and one year managerial experience to run and manage the business wishes to start business in Canada will have to apply under entrepreneur class. The requirements for self employed class are same as mentioned above for entrepreneur but this visa type is for whom who wished to start a business in such areas belonging to art and culture. Any person who is operating a business outside Canada and can make a minimum investment of 400,000 CD$ to 800,000 CD$ in a government approved programs for a period of 5 years can apply under the investor class. CIC has temporarily stopped accepting applications for the federal immigrant investor program. Only applications postmarked or received before June 26, 2010, will be processed.

Provincial Nominees - Canada


Now i am going to post the basic requirements for the people wish to go for Canada Work Visa under Provincial Nominees. Those individuals who want to settle themselves in a specific province of Canada under the provincial nominated programs. Canadian provinces make several programs to attract the most needed skilled workers having sufficient education and work experience to play their part in the development and progress of the provinces. The Canadian government has given an authority to the provinces to nominates the individuals those wishes to settle in a particular province in Canada which is a fast track program leading towards permanent residence in Canada. Each province has its own provincial Nomination Program which is more attractive than the other’s provinces which enables the individuals to settle and work more effectively.

These all instructions are based on new rules and regulations passed by the high authorities of Canadian Immigration.
