Hmmmm is ki bht see wjah ho skti hain but meray nazdeek like jo mery sath hota hai..........as a strong person, I have to lead sometimes as meri mama bht jaldi tensed ho jati hain....so mjy unko calm krna parta hai aksar kay kisi situation me unki tbiyat na khrab ho jaye zyada, so aisay me apny emotions pe control rkhna parta hai k me bee react krn gi to soort e haal bigar jaye gi.....
Jo log hmary apny hme janty hain wo expect krty hain k hm composed and control rhain so sometimes rehna parta hai.....so aisay me dil ka gubar rat ko nikalta hai (it might be k ap koi aisa insan bee ap k sath ho jis se ap her bat share krty hain ya ap akaily bee ho skty ho)
Yr to bat ho gai generally .......... but apnay ap me as a strong person means apni feelings ki bat krn to mjy aisa lagta hai aik strong person apny ap me ye duty smjta hai k wo kisi bigarti situation pe shadeed react krny ki bjaye composed reh k us situation ko sambhalny ki koshsh kry so is liye bee!!!!

May bemeri bat se u agree na kro but mjy yhi lgta hai. What do you think about this?

Yes totally agreed.......mry pass b apni example he ha.......bs jb ap strong bn bn k thk jaty hen tu raat ko tkya bheeg jata ha.....its like catharsis.,......wsy b i think kisi k samny ansoo baha k tkleef me izafa krny se behtr ha dil ka ghubar raat ko nikal len
