Achi Sehat k liye Khanay k baad ki 5 tips

    Sehat bari nemat hai aur achi sehat her kisi ka khawab hota hai. Aj main ap ke sath 5 aisi tips share kar raha hon jo sehat mand rehne ke liye bohat zaroori hain :)

    1. Smoking
    aik recent research ke mutabiq khanay ke baad aik cigarette ka nuqsan aisa ha jese ap ne 10 cigarettes istemal kiye hon

    2. Eating Fruits
    Khanay ke baad fruits ka istemal kafi sehat mand samjha jata ha lekn is se pait mein gas aur seenay ki jalan ka masla hota ha. Fruits khanay ka sahi time khanay se pehle ha.

    3. Sleep
    Raat ke khanay k baad jaldi na soein, thori walk karen. khanay ko hazam honay ka waqt den nhi tou pait mein gass bad hazmi aur jalan ki shikayat hogi. is ke ilawa is aadat se fat barhay gi.

    4. Bath
    Khanay ke foran baad nahanay se medah kamzor hota ha.

    5. Tea
    Khanay ke foran baad chai ka istemal thek nhi. is se khana hazam honay mein dair lagti ha. Khoon ki kami ka masla hota ha aur kai doosre sehat ke maslay hotay hen.
