Salam everyone!
During the pandemic days, the directives from Government for Namaz in the congregation are changed and restricts the people to stay home and say their prayers at home. Most of the people are reluctant to follow these rules and that is quite disappointing. The foremost requirement of Namaz on the congregation is to join shoulders with shoulders and that's mandatory, up to my knowledge which is not possible when we have to stay 2 meters apart from a person.
In Quran chapter 4 verse 60, Allah says that
O ye who believe! obey Allah, and obey His Messenger and those who are in authority among you. And if you differ in anything among yourselves, refer it to Allah and His Messenger if you are believers in Allah and the Last Day. That is the best and most commendable in the end.

On the contrary, the behavior of our people is different. They are not willing to act upon it.
In Azaan, The words are "Haya Ala -Salah. Haya Alal Falah". It is the call to one's eternal well being by connecting with Allah.
Is Allah confined to one place only? Is He confined only to Mosques?
No, Allah is everywhere and surely He doesn't need our supplication and prayers. It is for us. How can he accept our supplication and prayers when we are disobeying the rules and laws.
According to a Hadith, the whole world is a worshiping place for Allah and it is granted only to Hazrat Muhammad Mustafa Salla ho Alihay Wassalam
Now during these horrific and terrible days, What is our duty. Either to disobey the directives of Government, indirectly disobeying the laws said in the Quran, or to listen and act upon our Education which we have received through the Quran, Sunnah, and Hadith. This is the time to make our homes the place for Allah's worshipping. This is the time to decorate each corner of our house to make it the pure house of Allah. This is the time to multiply the Houses of Allah. Before this pandemic, it is assumed that there will be 1 mosque for 1 or 2 streets but now in 1 street, if there are 20 homes, they all are now Houses of Allah, they can be called mosques. Because they are fulfilling the requirements of Allah's House. Now in every home, there will be Azaan which is multiplied whereas before there was 1 to 5 Azaan per Namaz but now there will be many many Azaan from every single home. A call for prayer will be heard everywhere. Please take it positively.
Please take this rule and law as a serious step. As if today we stay apart and will say our prayers at home, there will be a time when we will come to our mosques. In Sha Allah. This is our duty to show the positive side of As-Salato fi Boyutikum. It means the waves of Haya Al-Salah will be heard from every home. Haya Alal Falah is not possible when there is a danger of spreading the virus and when you are calling it in your home, you are purifying your own home.
What instigates me to write about this issue is a very sad incident that happened when a Female SHO was attacked by the so-called Namazi after Jumma prayer. It is a sad and shameful incident. Because the Namazi disobeyed many laws at once. They disobeyed Allah's commandment for His creature (Huqoq Ul Ibaad), they did not listen to Prophet's Hazrat Muhammad Sallala ho Alihay Wassalam's advice to respect women. He even commands not to hurt women, kids, and elders during battles. They also disobeyed the law of Government.

اے وہ لوگو جو ایمان لائے ہو! اللہ کی اطاعت کرو اور رسول کی اطاعت کرو اور اپنے حکام کی بھی۔ اور اگر تم کسی معاملہ میں (اُولُوالامر سے) اختلاف کرو تو ایسے معاملے اللہ اور رسول کی طرف لَوٹا دیا کرو اگر (فی الحقیقت) تم اللہ پر اور یومِ آخر پر ایمان لانے والے ہو۔ یہ بہت بہتر (طریق) ہے اور انجام کے لحاظ سے بہت اچھا ہے
