Ingredients:
  • Mutton ½ kg
  • Onion (grated) 2
  • Garlic Paste 1tbsp
  • Turmeric ½ tsp
  • Red Chili Powder 2 tsp
  • Yoghurt 1 ½ cup
  • Ghee ½ cup
  • Cream ½ cup
  • Almonds (roasted) 2tbsp
  • Mace (grinded) 1/4 tsp
  • Green Cardamom (grinded) ½ tsp
  • Saffron ¼ tsp
  • Kewra Essence 1 tsp
  • Grind all together:
  • Coriander Seeds 1 tbsp
  • Ginger 2 inch
  • Whole Black Pepper 10
Method:
Heat ghee fry onion till golden add garlic paste, mutton turmeric salt chili powder, beaten curd lower flame cook till liquid dries, fry mutton for 10 mins, add coriander, black pepper ginger grended paste with 2 cups water come and cook till mutton tender, lastly add crush maze choti elaichi ,clove powder, saffron and kewra cream, leave it on dum for 10 mins, serve hot garnish with almonds.
