Balti Chicken with Lentil Sauce

Ingredients:
  • Chicken Boneless 250 gms
  • Gram Lentil (boiled) 1 cup
  • Oil 1/4 cup
  • Onion (chopped) 1 cup
  • Ginger Garlic 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • Green Chilies ,Coriander Leaves (chopped) as required
  • Chili Powder 1 ½ tsp
  • Garam Masala ½ tsp
  • Coriander Powder 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Tomatoes (sliced) 2
  • Lemon Juice 2 tbsp
  • Water 1 cup
Ingredients For Tempering:
  • Oil 3 tbsp
  • Cumin ½ tsp
  • Red Chilies 3
  • Curry Leaves 6

Cooking Directions:
Heat oil fry onion until golden brown add ginger garlic with slice tomatoes all the spices, fry well add chicken fry for 10 mins , adding little little water add in the boiled gram lentil with chopped green lemon juice lastly give baghaar and serve immediately.
