Chicken Fries

Ingredients:

• Chicken Breast 2
• Potato (grated) 1 large
• Egg 1+1
• Bread crumbs 1 cup
• Black pepper half tsp
• Crush red pepper half tsp
• Salt 1 tsp
• Lemon juice 2 tbsp
• Oil for frying
• Rice flour half cup

Method:

In a chopper put chicken, potato, salt pepper, crush red pepper, egg, lemon juice and rice flour, mix all well. Make into portions, roll each portion in to bread crumbs, and roll to give a shape of fries and Deep fry.​
