Eyes are an important part of your health.During our daily life we forget the impotence of the eyes and always keep putting stress on the eye muscles. I have some tips for you. Wash your face must before sleep. In day use sun glasses.

When you have tired eyes, take off your eyeglass (if wearing), make cup of your both palm (hand should be washed in prior) and cover your eyes completely with these cups of palm. Palms should not touch the eyes there no light should come through. Continue for few minutes. Your eyes will feel relaxed.
