Diet Importance of Green Salad in Your Diet

Pakistan is way less expensive in food, education, medical etc; not from a Pakistani perspective but compared with e.g, US, Singaopre etc. No doubt there is quality. But in those avg. prices a Pakistani can have a lavish life.

Tomoatoes are usually expensive in winters, plus the current hike in prices is somewhat artificial.
 
@Ali Akbar some food and dairy products are way cheaper here...e.g we get 4 litrs of milk for £1.00 which is probably 196. PKR tomatoes here are 69pence per pound ...etc...pakistan is cheap in some things not all
