DAY-1 (Fruit diet)
  • MORNING: 1 glass of lukewarm water with half of lemon. now After 15 min.
  • BREAKFAST: Eat as much as fruits you can but on equal intervals.
  • LUNCH: 1 tomato sandwich + 1 Apple.
  • DINNER: Fresh fruits only. so, whole day you will be on fruits. It gives a miracle effect on your body.

DAY-2 (Vegetable diet)
  • MORNING: 1 glass of lukewarm water with half of lemon. now After 15 min.
  • BREAKFAST: Fresh fruits + 1 glass of skimmed milk.
  • LUNCH AND DINNER: Now, today you will be on high fiber vegetable diet, you can have boiled/steamed/stir fried or roasted vegetables. Add black salt/ soy sauce/ vinegar in your vegetables as per your taste.
  • AVOID: Sweet and white potatoes, soy beans, coconut and corns.

DAY-3
  • MORNING: 1 glass of lukewarm water with half of lemon. now After 15 min.
  • BREAKFAST: Fresh fruits + 1 glass of skimmed milk.
  • LUNCH AND DINNER: Now, This day you will be on a combination diet plan. Fruits and vegetables only.

DAY-4
  • MORNING: 1 glass of lukewarm water with half of lemon. now After 15 min.
  • BREAKFAST: 1 boiled egg + 1 glass of fresh fruit juice.
  • LUNCH: Any fibrous vegetable + Lentils + 1 small bowl brown rice only.
  • DINNER: 1 bowl vegetables soup + Green salad.

DAY-5
  • MORNING: 1 glass of lukewarm water with half of lemon. now After 15 min.
  • BREAKFAST: Apple + 1 glass of skimmed milk.
  • LUNCH: 1 bowl of Green salad + 1 bowl of sprouts.
  • DINNER: 1 bowl of vegetables soup + roasted/steamed vegetables.

DAY-6
  • MORNING: 1 glass of lukewarm water lemon drops. now After 15 min.
  • BREAKFAST: 1 boiled egg + 1 glass of fresh fruit juice.
  • LUNCH: 1 bowl brown rice + vegetable curry + sprouts.
  • DINNER: 1 bowl of soup + Green salad.

DAY-7
  • MORNING: 1 glass of lukewarm water with half of lemon. now After 15 min.
  • BREAKFAST: Fresh raw fruits + 1 glass of skimmed milk.
  • LUNCH: Green salad + 1 bowl of sprouts.
  • DINNER: 1 bowl of boiled/steamed/stir fried or roasted vegetables + 1 bowl-soup (veg/non veg).
