Monday would be dedicated for Chicken & sea food, Tuesday for beef & mutton, Wednesday for vegetables, Thursday for Health Calorie and Friday for drink, desserts & starters. With all this, Masala Morning will be complimented with another 20 minutes segment of Quick & Easy Meals.

Mayo Mint Chatni

Ingredients:
  • Mint Leaves ½ bunch
  • Coriander Leaves ½ bunch
  • Garlic 1 tsp
  • Green Chilies 3
  • Tamarind Pulp 2 tbsp
  • Mayonnaise 3 tbsp
  • Cream Cheese 1 tbsp
  • Salt ¼ tsp
  • Black Pepper ¼ tsp
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Chili Sauce 1 tsp
  • Cumin Seeds (roasted,powder) tsp

Cooking Directions:
  1. Grind together coriander mint garlic chilies,
  2. tamarind pulp form into chatni and keep aside.
  3. In another bowl mix mayo cream cheese, salt black pepper sugar, chili sauce cumin, mix with above grinded chatni.
  4. Serve with snacks.
