Mixed Subzi Handi

Ingredients:
  • Carrot (cubes) 1 cup
  • French beans (chopped)1 cup
  • Green Peas 1 cup
  • Potato (cubes) 1
  • Cauliflower (cubes) ½ cup
  • Cottage Cheese(cubes) 200 gms
  • Cashew Nut (grinded) 2 tbsp
  • Onion 1 cup
  • Small Fenugreek 1 bunch
  • Butter 1 oz
  • Cream ¼ cup
  • Oil ¼ cup
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Red Chili Powder 2 tsp
  • Cumin Seeds 1 tsp
  • Green Chilies 2
  • Coriander Leaves (chopped) as required
  • Garlic Paste 1 tsp
  • Tomato Puree 1 tbsp

Method:
  • Heat oil and butter, in handi, add meethi and onion with garlic fry for 5 min add all the spices with puree and veggies, fry for 5 min add water come and cook, lastly add cashew nut grinded paste cottage cheese and remove/ serve with puree or paratha.
