Summer Garden Cup Cakes

Ingredients:
  • Eggs 3
  • Butter softened 5 oz
  • Caster sugar 5 oz
  • Self raising flour 6 oz
  • Vanilla Essence 1 tsp
  • Green color few drops
  • Ingredients for icing:
  • Butter soften 5 oz
  • Icing sugar 1 ½ - 2 cups
  • Vanilla Essence 1 tsp
  • Hot water 2 tbsp
  • Green color few drops

Method for cup cakes:
Beat eggs slightly. Add butter sugar flour and vanilla in a bowl. Add beaten eggs, and few drops of color. Beat for 2 min with beater, until mixture is creamy, using a scoop fill liners, bake for 20 min on 180 Degree.

Method for frosting:
Beat butter and icing sugar, till fluffy add vanilla water and color. Beat until smooth and crème. Pipe over cups cake decorate with flowers.
